Andy Cuerel

Andy joined Razor as a business continuity & risk manager having worked previously in the utility and retail food sectors and prior to this in civil engineering. He has had considerable experience in all areas of operational risk management specialising in incident management protocols and desk-top simulation exercises.

He has written a number of business continuity plans in response to terrorism threats, plant failure and avian flu and has managed numerous IT disaster recovery testing programmes.

He has also been actively involved in several serious business interruption incidents most notably the 2005 London bombings.

Andy possesses a Diploma in Business Continuity Management and is a member of the Business Continuity Institute. He has lectured in incident management at Coventry University’s School of Disaster Management and written a number of continuity articles for the specialist press.
