Training - Crisis Training

Razor’s senior executives have, between them, four decades of experience in handling crisis and issues for clients in a range of sectors, including the food, chemical, health and consumer goods industries.

We’ve put that experience to good use and developed a series of crisis training courses that draw heavily on real case studies.

Courses are tailored to meet delegates’ needs - we always carry out detailed precourse assessments before creating training modules and courses to ensure they’ll hit the aims and objectives of our clients.

Examples of the crisis training courses offered typically by Razor include:

Introduction to crisis management Crisis team media training
Managing the media in a crisis Identifying risks
Dealing with interest groups Crisis management for frontline staff
Simulation exercises Running a crisis press office

If you have a specific requirement and don’t see it listed here, then contact chris.woodcock@razor-pr.com or call her on 01869 353801.

Dealing with interest groups

The court of public opinion is becoming increasingly vocal - and the activities of interest groups increasingly sophisticated. This course gives practical advice on how to assess the risks from interest groups, how to develop NGO policies and how to build alliances with such groups.

It uses practical case studies to illustrate best practice - and includes two guest speakers: one from an interest group and one from a specialist consultancy which has been researching the activities and effects of pressure groups for the past 20 years.
