Kate Clough

Kate joined College Hill in March 2011 after operating as an independent consultant since 2009.  She has worked in the communications industry since 1998, primarily for Porter Novelli, following an earlier career in public affairs. 

Kate delivers expertise in business-to-business, internal communications and crisis and issues programmes, often with an environmental focus, across a wide range of market sectors.

She has worked extensively with clients in the food and drinks industry including, Kraft Foods, Cadbury Trebor Bassett, General Mills, Diageo, the International Federation of Spirits Producers, and Warburtons.

Kate has also helped a number of clients communicate their environmental and sustainability credentials including Kraft Foods, Lafarge Cement, Royal Haskoning, Toyota and Mobil.

She is a seasoned consultant and takes a strategic overview as well as taking responsibility for day-to-day delivery of projects such as trade media campaigns, and researching and writing communication materials including web-copy, newsletters, briefings and case studies.

During her career Kate has also worked across the pharmaceutical, industrial, public sector, automotive, logistics, and energy/renewable energy sectors delivering a wide range of programmes from crisis and issues, trade media, stakeholder engagement and community relations, to internal communications.
