Richard Coleman
Richard is a consultant in the corporate and crisis team at College Hill. A former journalist, his PR experience includes account management of clients in the financial, energy, aviation and education sectors. He joined College Hill from a South-East agency where he worked with a broad portfolio of clients that included E.ON, Pfizer, Clydesdale Bank, Horwath Clark Whitehill, the University of Greenwich and a regional airport.
Richard’s communications experience includes extensive media relations work, writing press releases, news articles, features and announcements, as well as being as a member of an outsourced press office. Richard’s background also includes strong public affairs and community relations experience, having worked on a number of projects in the energy and aviation sectors. His clients at College Hill include Environmental Business Products, Assertis and DHL PSP.
Before pursuing a career in PR, Richard spent three years working in regional journalism, first as a news reporter and then as a writer/sub-editor on the sports desk, where he contributed and edited content across nine weekly newspapers.
Richard has an MA in International Relations and Philosophy from the University of St Andrews.
