Victoria Cross
With more than ten years' communications experience, Victoria is a senior consultant at College Hill and Razor, working from our London and Oxford offices. As well as a wide variety of UK and international client work, she has developed business for an award-winning crisis service and becoming a trained facilitator of creative thinking.
Starting her career as a trainee at international agency Porter Novelli, in 2005 she joined specialist environment, food chain and rural affairs consultancy. She was promoted to the board in 2006. Her extensive experience of media relations and communications consultancy has operated across sectors including agriculture, animal health, food and drink, financial services, education, environment, government, marketing services, property and professional services. She has worked with businesses as diverse as ABN Amro, British Potato Council, CPM, David Wilson Homes, Dun & Bradstreet, General Mills, GlaxoSmithKline, Mobil, Novartis Animal Health, Paragon Healthcare Group, Pegasus Retirement Homes and PwC.
Other client experience includes the, then, Countryside Agency and Department of Trade & Industry Innovation Group, the Confederation of British Industry, the Home Office, the Defra-funded resource efficiency programme, Envirowise and Oxford Brookes University.
In addition to highly successful media relations programme in the national media and crisis training across Europe, Victoria is a trained and experienced focus group and strategy workshop facilitator.
