Manual development

A good crisis manual will be practical, easy-to-use and help a crisis team to perform to the best of its abilities. A poor crisis manual will gather dust on a shelf, or even be dropped in the bin during the first few minutes of a crisis once it proves to be unwieldy and unhelpful.

Our people have developed crisis manuals for clients as diverse as toy company Hasbro to fmcg company Gillette. We can either develop a manual from scratch, or review existing manuals and recommend areas for improvement. We’ll also provide advice on how to test it.
